Click here to register     These divisions are intended for students with a YOG of 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013.  CCL has two HS Divisions.  The Eastern Conference plays on Monday evenings @ Cape Cod Comm. College in W. Barnstable and the Western Conference plays on Wednesday evenings in Falmouth.  learn more...
