Cape Cod Lacrosse and APT are both well known in the area for running quality programs in their area of expertise. This program is intended to bring the two together to offer a program 2nd to none in developing the "COMPLETE PLAYER". This program will meet twice a week for 8 weeks with 1 hour of strength & conditioning and an hour of lacrosse specific training.

All lacrosse training with Cape Cod Lacrosse is done at the Sandwich Road Fields in Falmouth
All training with APT is done at their facility located inside Falmouth Ice Arena

Training with CCLax
This camp isn't designed for everyone. It's designed for players who want to achieve personal, lacrosse and life goals. This program requires a hard commitment to RE-focus on individual motor skills and technique. Remember, muscles don't have memory, the brain does. We need to provide our brain with the correct information, so it can tell the muscles what to do.
Building a better brain and getting better results through intense training is what this program is all about. If you are serious about your development as a player, this program is for you.
Training with APT
APT is the premier strength and conditioning facility on Cape Cod. At APT, they create lacrosse specific training programs that are tailored to each individual. The programs consist of activation drills, speed and agility development, conditioning and strength training. The program incorporates mobility and stability drills that will increase overall strength. APT's staff will lead each athlete through their workout to maximize their results.
