Cape Cod Lacrosse has been an opportunity for me to give back to the community that helped me start a career in the sport of lacrosse. I have two main objectives in the programs I run with CCLax: to provide top-notch instruction in all of our programs and
No time-outs in the final 5 minutes of a half. Each team is granted one timeout per game.
Winning team must "Keep it in the Box" in the final 2 minutes of game. Referees will instruct the player to "Get it in the Box" and provide a 10 second count to get it in the box when possession is gained or when a player crosses midfield with the ball.
All teams will play 3 games against teams in their Tier/pool on Saturday in a round robin format.
Tier 1 is divided into 2 pools; Heros & Legends. Tier 2 has just 1 pool of 4 teams.
Saturday games will consist of 2 - 22 minute halves, with a 5 minute halftime and 6 minutes in between games.
Sunday games will consist of 2 - 25 minute halves, with a 5 minute halftime and 5 minutes in between games.
After Saturday’s Pool Play, Tier 1 & Tier 2 teams will be seeded 1 – 8. Tier 1 & Tier 2 teams will compete seperately in single elimination playoff brackets. Here is Sunday's Playoff Schedule.
Tier 1 Quarter Final Matchups will be as flollows:
